Administration





As the front line and face of our organization, our administration and human resource team is the main source of growth for our company. They are responsible for recruiting, sales support, general business administration and office management. As with all positions, our administrators start entry level and have to learn field sales and marketing – giving them a full understanding of each aspect of our business. They serve as a source of knowledge, energy and encouragement for our entire staff.

Opportunities stemming from the administration position include corporate training and finance management for offices across the country. As we grow, the need for strong administrators will grow in all of our locations and will provide growth and upward mobility for administrators who show the most commitment, dedication and ambition.

Laura French grew up in the small Louisiana town of Lecompte, just outside of Alexandria. She graduated from Louisiana Tech in 2005 with a Bachelors Degree in Merchandising and Consumer Studies. Laura French grew up in the small Louisiana town of Lecompte, just outside of Alexandria. She graduated from Louisiana Tech in 2005 with a Bachelors Degree in Merchandising and Consumer Studies. Laura began working with Evantage, Inc. in August 2006 as an entry level sales rep. In 2007 she was promoted to Director of Human Resources and heads ups administration and sales support in the Dallas office.

When asked why Laura chose Evantage, Inc. she said, “What I saw was a company that allowed me to grow both personally and professionally. I like working with people that keep me motivated and focused.”

Laura’s goals entail being a corporate trainer for all HR staff as Evantage, Inc. expands into new locations. Her responsibilities include handling the day to day office responsibilities with the Dallas office, but also helping work with new administration staff that is hired.

Kate was born and raised in Cranston, Rhode Island, a suburb of Providence. She has been surrounded by the competitive nature of sports throughout her life, as her father is the head baseball coach at a local college. She attended the University of Connecticut where she earned her BA in Psychology. Kate was the Director of Operations for the men’s baseball team her entire time there. In May of 2012, Kate moved to the Dallas area to pursue a different career path. Kate decided that, “the fun, yet professional atmosphere of Evantage was a good place to utilize my organizational and developmental skills learned in college.” Kate’s goals include applying the knowledge learned thus far to expand the organization and help others reach their own goals.
